Well we have been here 1 1/2 years and the olny reason we renewed for 6 months was cause we just had a baby, but the apartments ARE full of mold and mildew and they just sent out a notice that if the apartmetn has it when you have moved out they will charge (YOU) the cost to fix it. When we moved in the apartmet was not repainted or the carpet cleaned. It looked like they never even came in to clean after the other people left. We have been sick since we moved here. There is 8 apartments to a building and since we have been here they has been 6 new people just with in the past 2 months move in. Now what does that tell you. Parking is a joke when i was 9 months pregnant there was no spots at my building or the one accross from us. So i parked on the grass ( the nearest apartment is about 1500 feet) well the next morning there was a note on my car that said my car would be towed if i parked there agian. So i go to the office and they said " well I guess you'll have to truck it" remember im 9 months pregnant and no one want to truck it pregnant. VIVIAN is a biotch at the office she never had my calls returned and is very nasty. The manager said she would fix the water damage in my apartment and she fixed it by painting over it. You can still see the damage. One one will call you back unless you want to sign a new lease or give them more money. The pool is so nasty I asked them what day do they close the pool to clean it and they looked at me like they didnt know what I was talking about. You can take your chances but i wouldnt if i were you.
