Please do not move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   Please do not move here...you will save yourself alot of pain and agony. First off this was my FIRST APARTMENT EVER and the worst experience! The apartment that I was shown was NOTHING like the one I ended up with...about 300sf less (with a 1 bed that is ALOT of room). The neighbors are horrible/loud and you are surrounded by drinking, sex and drugs. The first time walking into my apartment was horrible! Light bulbs broken/not working, AC broken in the SUMMER!, shelf in closet was on the floor and water was sitting in my dishwasher...needless to say it was a dump and smelled of one too. I had numerous issues with loud neighbors and drugs on all sides of us. Apartment complex never did anything to clear the air with us so had to resort to contacting the police alot. I signed a 6 month lease and was more than happy I did once I got there. Management is not friendly. Paid for gate card and the gate did not even work. I had to wait tons of times for other cars to come up to get home since my gate card did not work. Hot tubs and pools either never worked or were closed. Grounds were nasty. Was told I would get security deposit back...what a joke...never came. I am SOOOOO glad I am out of there! Please read all the reviews before moving in here. I wish I did. If you decide to move here....be prepared for a hellish experience. You were warned! :)
