I really do not see why everyone is being so negative about Victoria Park. I have had nothing but a good experience living here. I lived here several years ago...and yes then it was less than acceptable THEN!!! I was very skeptical even attempting to check them out in the present day...but I was very pleased at the positive changes that have been made there (grounds,Management,just general appearance.)Another good thing about V.P..it's location...close to EVERYTHING!! It is not a brand new property so it has it's issues,but NOT being new it's to be expected.Also there is not 1 sexual offender/predator on this property. You can research this info at MyFlorida.com, unfortunately that cannot be said about all of the other neighboring properties in the area. I must also say I have NEVER had a problem with the staff. Any issue I have had has been taken care of in a very timely manner!!!! I did have one incident occur, but the property manager did everything in her power to appease me,and find a solution. Anytime I have ever walked into the leasing office I have always been greeted with a friendly smile,from all of the staff.So if you are looking for a nice place to live,in the Mandarin area.. Victoria Park is a good place to call HOME!!!!

Well you ether work here or your friends with someone in the office. Three years ago this was a nice property. Very NICE! It has been run in the ground in the last year. The -------- and Thugs are over running the place. The so called ameties that are advertised dont exsist. The pools are almost as bad as the pond, we no longer have a fitness center, the tranquill spas that they advertise havent worked for over a year, hell were raising bugs and nasty creatures in the one by the office pool. They clain to have a Barneys coffee in the office, nope. The claime they have a video library in the office, nope. The parking lot if full of potholes and garbage. Hell, one Mexican family has a side by side refridegator on the back porch and its been there well over a month. This place is a dump peroid. And dont get me started on our so called "Manager". Mandarin Lanai, the place next door, was built the same time as this place, go take a look at it. Nice clean, paved no potholes drive. No dirty buildings, the pool is absolutely breath taking, the bathrooms at the pool are spotless, the laundrys are clean, the soda machine have not been broken into and just left that way, the dumpster areas are clean and free from debris, and this was on a Sunday evening that we looked at it. You know, it all depends on the people that you allow to live in your community. Two places, side by side, built at the same time yet worlds apart! If you take a look at IMT's website you will see they buy properties, run them down while increasing their profits and then sell then. It says so right on their website. So dont tell me this place is okay. Your full of sh_t!
