If your tell Lisa Masis the Manager here, you don't like shoddy maintence or complian about the drunk latinos. She starts yelling back at you, say I will let you out of your lease just by giving 30 days notice.
Get this one in writing, or just move out an end of lease.
This woman really can't control her anger, very unprofesional. Complian against the latinos, you bias against drug dealing drunkards. Not all latinos are like this, but these guys don't even speak english.

She gives men that yell more alot more.

When I moved in painting job was bad, mildw,
no toiler tissue holder, I had to install myself. health club is filthy, bathroom have feces all over them. Mexican sell drugs in laudry room & all over the place.
