Trash rarely emptied, suspicious persons hang out, riddled with cockroaches, apartment dirty on move-in, apartment not ready on day of move in-had to wait 1/2 day, property manager & assistant manager very rude & uncaring, not professional at all. Live somewhere else. Renters be warned!

All true. My apartment was dirty upon movein as well. Roaches and bugs on a daily basis. Stairways are old, dirty and falling apart. This place needs serious help.

i agree with most of the above, trash looks very bad, spas dirty, pools green. Manager is rude but the assistant manager is nice to me all the time.she helps more than most

After I walked my kids to the bus stop this morning I decided to walk around the complex to see if anything had inproved or changed over the last few months. It was far worst than before. Still lots of trash everywhere, empty beer bottles laying around, the spa by the fitness center is green, I mean really green, the fitness center does not have half the equipment or television in it it use too, both pools look horriable with leaves and dirt and nasty algie stuff growing on the sides. There were screens out and laying on the ground, some people have a refridgerator on the porch, some others have a sofa on the patio, everything just looks so dirty. The parking lots dirty, the sidewalks are dirty and God, the laundy rooms were BAD!!! And to top that off, we had a shooting next door at Manadrin Pines last night, the kind of people that live here, its a matter of time before it happens here.
