Yes, there are laws. If you signed a lease here in the last fifteen months, and Im sure that you did, you may break your lease due to (Failure to maintain advertised amenities and deceptive practices). They maintain NOTHING here. They have no intentions of or show any sign of maintaining anything. If you owned a business, you would not let it fall apart would you' If you saw something was getting close to breaking or it looked bad or dangerous you would repair it, it escapes me how they just sit back and let 15 to 25 million dollars waste away.
Now you say, What can I as a tenant do' Break your lease and move out. Go to the office and complain, and when Lisa goes into one of her rages and fits, say put it in writing. Write a letter to the home office and by all means send pictures to back it up. Always have pictures to back up any claim, a pictures speaks a thousand words. Dig around and do research and find out who the investors are, write them. I mean, what are they going to do, tell you to move, YE-WHO, thats what we want!

Ding Dong the WITCH is gone!YA-HOO They finally got rid of that creepy manager Lisa. It's a step in the right direction, I hope the new manager takes a good look around and sees what she left them.Now a few more lazy bums and we'll really be talkin.Get some good maintenance and fix the irregation system and the pools and hottubs. Well see.
