Worst rental experience ever.

I have lived all over the world and am generally not a "whiner" but renting here was a horrible experience. I hope this will help someone else. I had to wait 1.5 days for apt. to be "finished"-although I came from out of state and had rental truck. Upon move-in, there were ants everywhere, 1 roach in the loo, giant spiders (4) on patio and in storage area and worst...carpet had not been replaced and had pet urine spots. (that smelled) On move-in day air cooler broke and hook-ups for washer/dryer were not usable. Second day: no water. Day three: 2 RATS in unit. LIVE RATS. Management was rude and accusatory. Maintenance person actually advised me to leave. Contacted corporate ofc. and broke lease immediately, but lost money. Please be careful about renting here!
