I have lived at Victoria Park for 1 year and have had alot of problems. Ants, alot of maintenance problems. But the most sicking of all is the hot tubs. They are green with beer cans, trash, etc in them. Everytime you ask about when they will be fixed they say soon' Well it has been a year. I read another review that I want to comment on about the office staff. I met the new manager the other day and he is rude and not friendly at all, where do they find there managers' They are getting worse not better. I disagree about the assistant manager, she is one of the nicest people they have had in that office since I have lived here. IF you need something done and talk to her she is more than happy to help and always polite and professional. I had a maintenance problem for 6 months, that I was promised would be fixed but never was. I called and talked to the Assistant Manager and she had it done that day. Its nice to have atleast one person who acts like they care about this place.
