Ohmigod! The new manager....I think his name is Dave...is a real jerk! He makes promises he can't possibly keep and the property has just seemed to go down hill since he took over. I've never had such a difficult time getting in touch with the manager of an apartment complex in my life. The man does not know how to return a phone call to save his life! I was having problems with my heater working and the maintenance guy said they had to order me a new one (not a problem, I understand...it's an older complex)so I waited about a week, and called the office to see what was going on. The chick on the phone said that she would have to check with the manager. I never got a call back. So I called again the next day, they still couldn't tell me what was going on, so I said I wanted the manager to call me back. I didn't get a callback for 3 days! When he did finally call me back it was to tell me that the heater part had not even been ordered yet! Is this guy a moron or what! How would you like to go without heat in January'! What ever you do stay as far away from this property as possible! The manager is a wck job!!!

the complex is required to make your apt. liveable ( heat in winter ) if they do not get u the part immediatly, contact a lawyer for a free consult ( the first one is always free ) or legal aid, because in a lot of cases u can stay at a hotel while they are waiting for the part to come in /in the process of fixing it and they will have to refund the bill.im not sure of the exact laws but i would get someone legal on the phone about this asap, no heat is ridiculous!
