I moved out 9/06 and now 4/07 I got a letter from a collection agency that they are charging me $185.00 I never even got a bill. The witch I spoke to SHERRY was very rude and refused to give me anyone over her number or anything. They are charging me to clean the apartment and carpet. When we moved in the apartment wasnt even cleaned. When we complained we were just givin a "Sorry" Make sure you do a walktrough with them. They told me they didnt do that with the residents. The collector I spoke with said "thats how they get you. You are accepting whatever they charge for cleaning or whatever" This place was nothing but problems from the start and 7 months later they are still asses. STAY AWAY

i read these things all the time cuz i have lived here for 6 years. i find most of these funny cuz it is allways someone that has moved out and mad about owing money or soomething like that. i will say there is some problems here but most is pretty good. if not i would not have just signed a new lease for the 7th time. As for Sherry being rude you are nuts lady she is always more than helpful and never have i seen her be rude or disrespectful to me or anybody else. Maybe she told you the truth and you didnt like what she said to you. In my eyes you sound like the ass and rude person. happy resident that likes livin here.

BELEIVE ME I UNDERSTAND YOU, I LIVED THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND I WAS EXCELLENT RENTER. I MINDED MY BUSINESS AND NEVER BOTHERED ANYONE, EVEN THOUGH MY CLOSET RACK WAS ON THE FLOOR FOR A WEEK, DRUG DEALERS MOVED IN DOWN STAIRS FROM ME AND CONSTANLTY ON THE STAIRS. I SAW A BAG OF MARIJUANA BY THE MAIL BOX, I WOKE UP TO MY APARTMENT SMOKEY AND BLACK SMOKE ON ALMOST EVERYTHING IN THE APRTMENT AND I HAD TO COMPLAIN FOR A MONTH TO GET MY CARPET CLEANED WHICH WAS NEVER CLEANED COMPLETELY. I PAID FOR A GATE KEY NO GATE, THE GYM WAS ALWAYS CLOSED AND THE MANAGER TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A MONTH'S RENT AFTER I NOTIFIED I HAD ORDERS TO LEAVE. NOW THE DEBT COLLECTORS ARE CALLING ME FOR $400.00 FOR CARPET CLEANING AND WALLPAPER WHICH I NEVER PUT UP WALLPAPER. THAT IS HOW VICTORIA PARK GETS MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU, SO IGNORE ANYONE THAT REPSONDS BACK TO YOU UNPROFESSIONALLY BECAUSE IT COULD PROBABLY BE ONE OF THEM WRITING YOU ESPECIALLY IF THEY LIVED THERE FOR 7 YEARS BECAUSE EVEN YOU KNOW NOBODY STAYS THERE THAT LONG! WRITE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA LIKE I AM AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND ESPECIALLY THE MILITARY NOT TO MOVE IN THERE. GOD BLESS.
