I'm amazed at how people are so free to write something and they do not see that they are the issue many of times. I have lived here for several years and have nothing but a good experience. I thank those that are here making a positive enviornment to MY community that I call HOME... Thank-you Victoria Park Staff!

LOL! Where do you live? Not Victoria Park! This place is a dump and most of the office staff would be better suited running a Section 8 housing complex.

In most circumstances, I might have agreed with you. People who complain about problems, sometimes ARE the problem. But whether you choose to believe it or not, there are so many issues with this place that it's not even comical anymore. Oh, and another point, I KNOW I'm not the problem this time. I have stayed for 4 years because I don't like being 'that person' who makes waves and trouble for everyone. I myself (unlike 98% of the complex) actually clean up after my dog when taking her on her walks. I have always payed my rent on time, I NEVER have people over (in 4 years my mom has stopped by once and that's it), I don't throw parties, I don't slam my door at un-godly hours of the night, I don't deal drugs from my apartment, and I most certainly don't raise hell with the office staff everytime something breaks. I'm a good tenant that doesn't cause problems at all, yet over the last few years I haven't been treated as well as you think everyone who lives here gets treated if they fall under your 'stereotype'. I can't wait for the day that something goes horribly wrong with your apartment and they totally disregard the fact that you're upset or being inconvenienced in any way! Then what kind of nice things will you have to rave about?
