I had constant problems with the office staff. They took their time repairing things. The hot tubs were always broken. The walls and floors are thin and you can hear your neighbors next door and up or down stairs. The front gates were installed while I lived there and never worked and I see they still rarely work. One night about 2 a.m. there was a fire in one apt. I could hear the sirens approaching and then I heard a lot of horn honking. It turned out they couldn't get into the complex, the gates wouldn't open. They were honking their horns till someone came running out to open them.
I was promised new floors in the kitchen and bathroom for 2 years. They finally replaced them while I was on vacation during the hottest time of the year. I had left 2 windows open to air the place and when I returned they were shut. They moved the refrig out and didn't plug it back in when finished. When I came home the smell was so awful I almost vomited. I opened the refrig door and all my food was spoiled. There were roaches, flies, and magots all in the refrig. The meat in the freezer was now rotten. I had to spend the night in a motel and the next day they replaced the refrig but it took a week to get the smell out. I gave them a small bill for my food and medicine loss and they kept promising me for 2 years they were gonna take care of it. They never did. I moved out on the last day of my lease. I recieved a bill from them saying I owed them over $1000 and saying that I moved out 2 months after I actually did. They filed it with 3 different collection agencies and the amount was different with all 3. I never paid them a dime. I would never recommend this place to any one.
