While at my stay in these apartments, the management was terrible. They were uncoopertive, unfriendly and sometimes rude. The security gate never worked, only one of the jacuzzis worked and the pool nearest my building was closed the whole summer. The maitenance was not efficient either. It would take them up to two weeks at times to repair my requests. I would not recommend the Oaks to anyone.
