Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
The upkeep of this property has been on a steady decline for a few years. When you enter building 21 it looks like a slum. The steps are never cleaned; the breezeways are always dirty and never swept; the windows never cleaned in the years I have been here. Management does not respond to tenants concerns when it pertains to the condition of the breezeways and steps and heavy trash and appliances are not disposed of. They are stored near the dumpster in clear view of my apartment. The main entrance to the complex is kept clean but to really see the condition of this property you need to go beyond the office area.
