Apartment management will tow your car on barely 24 hours notice, sometimes less. Every so often, they like to trim the trees. You will receive a notice the day before, usually sometime while you're at work. (I have proof; I kept one or two of these notices.)

If you don't move the car, because you are out of town, for example, they will tow the car and not be responsible for any damage that results from the towing. My car was damaged from being towed by them. Cost $250.00. They were right, they would not pay for it.

Management's response: "That's all the time the law requires."
