I lived here for one year. when we first moved in it was great. the maitenence team was on top of things and the staff was so nice...all that changed once we were not "new" residents anymore. We had a hole in our ceiling that it took them 4 months to fix.we have also had extreme mold growth(which the manager Lisa instructed the maitenence team to just paint over,which just allows the mold to keep growing).Our hallway flooded because of a leak that had been ignored in the apartment above us, and when we went to the office to make a complaint, the manager, Lisa, cussed us out.For the entire year that we have lived here neither of the 2 hot tubs have worked, and the the pools only stay blue for about a week at a time.Throughout the year we have also taken notice to random items that have come up to be missing,and other residents have voiced the same complaint of items coming up missing and it just so happens that they had all requested maitenence work at a recent time.The gate that we are still paying for as a part of our rent no longer works and has been recently removed(yet we are still paying for it)The "fitness center" is a JOKE!!!there are about 5 pieces of gym equipment and it is all torn up and nasty.So, take my word for it...take your hard earned money and go somewhere else!
