If you complain about maitenance the office managers just yells rite back at you telling you not to complain at all or don't tell them how to do their jobs. It is better fixing it yourself. There is no customer service here. Mgmt is like a dictator always right. Best advice move to another apt or don't rent here. Most things were fixed in a few days though. Too many people drinking beer all day here & noise.
