Every single Maintanence person that as been to my apartment in the past six months hasnt spoken very good english or none at all. Theye have been out here for the same problem( my tub faucet wont turn off) 6 times in the past year the last time was three days apart. The last one that came all i understood was the others did it wrong.They have this thing called Service works and theye say if you are having problems with he apartment and the office staff doesnt help call them. Well i called then and a week passed and they never called. sent them an email and they still never called back. Please dont move here. They are in need of residents (theres signs all on the road) but plase just drive by.

Very true. Had the same problem with my tub where the water would not completely shut off. They would "fix" it and a week or two later, I had the same problem. This place is a nightmare. It needs to be completely gutted with all new appliances/hardware installed or they need to tare it down and start over. This place is dying.
