FYI
There is a class action law suit against IMT for various fees charged upon leaving the property! I was a victim of this and was charged $1200 when moving out at the end of lease! I never paid these ridiculous charges however they are on my credit report and have ruined my chances of renting at a decent apartment community or owning my own home!! I really hope that this helps someone else! I knew I wasn't the only one they did this to! If you would like more information please go to the website www.imtclassaction.org

This has happened to me as well ... you may want to contact the State Attorney General at 800-435-7352 ... as well as the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357
