I'm amazed at all the bad reviews this apartment complex is getting. I recently had to make an extremely fast move and the person in the office was EXTREMELY helpful, pleasant, etc. There were some things wrong with the apartment and as soon as I told the manager maintenance was out the next day to fix most of the major issues. So far my neighbors are great, and aside from all the stray cats (which I'm sure they can't do much about...let's hope the gator gets them) everything has been fine. The "Playground" near my apartment is a sad site and the laundry room could use some help but other than that I like it so far.

I dont think you live in Victoria Park apartments...or your an employee told to right that. Have you read the reviews below yours? You must have lived in some bad places...

Nope..I definitely live here. I just got off the phone with the office actually for a maintenance request and they were very pleasant. Some people need to realize that there are a LOT of people living here and a little patience gets you a long way. I find the nicer you are to people the more likely they are to respond positively when you ask for things. I will say with the lake going down now I'm a little dissapointed that I have to continue to pay an extra amount for the "view" and it's making the buggies crawl out a little more but I still don't think it's as bad as people say. There are a lot of residents here that are trashing the grounds and I'm sure management has a fun time trying to keep up with such low income rude ignorant people.
