where do I start...when i first moved in we had to write out everything that was wrong with the appartment and send it back to them and they would fix it that next week. Nothing ever got fixed. This was 3 months ago and there are things that still arent fixed like my sink that leaks. Then almost immeadiatly when I moved in my ac went out. It took them 3 weeks to even come and look at it so I was paying for an appartment that I wasnt even living in. They finally came and it didnt fix the problem. They came a second time and it did do anything again. Then they called outside ac people to come and fix it and that didnt even fix it. A new maintenance man came out out fixed it completely, but the ac wasnt strong enough to cool down the appartment because the appartments havent been renovated in 8 years. Everynight when I come home I cant cook dinner, do laundry, run the dishwasher, or blow dry my hair...just the smallest things run the air up to 80 the whole night long until the early mornings. Also the air vent in my room doesnt blow cold air as hard as all of the other ones blow so it is about 3 or 5 degrees hotter in my room. So my electric bill has been about 200 dollars for a little 2 bedroom appartment each month, because the ac wont catch up with it self and turn off...it runs all the time. Than my bathtub started pouring out water and it took them a week to come and fix it, my water bill was 10 dollars more that month than the last. I had to shut my water off that whole week and take and shower and stay because of the ac at someone elses house. Even now if I cook myself dinner I have to sleep somewhere else cause it is 80 degrees inside. THe bad thing about all of this is that my neighbors downstairs says that the staff has known that the ac and the leaks in the house were there before I moved in. THey have mold problems in their house and they have a chlid and that can kill them. Everytime I have tryed to contact the office they swear they will call me back and they never do. Its funny how other people in this website have complained about the same thing. They are all very rude up at the office and wont ever call you back and let you know anything. Now I want to move into a one bedroom here cause I cant break my lease because I cant afford it and they want 400 dollars for me to move out because of their appartments defaults!! Are you kidding me. Yea right, I dont need to give them ----! I sent them a certified letter stating that I wanted all fees waved and I would be moved into a one bedroom immediatly. I checked on the internet when the letter was recieved and it was recieved last friday and it is now tuesday night I havent heard one thing back from them!!!! Plus I almost broke my ankle once walking outside to my car and i think it is still there because the sprinkler is broke, water goes everywhere and mud. I have fallen in this hole! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER...I COULD PROBABLY KEEP GOING BUT I AM TIRED OF TYPING!!! DONT EVER EVER EVER EVER CONSIDER RENTING OUT THESE APPARTMENTS...THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN THE ASS!

1st off, if you wanted someone to take your review seriously, proper grammer and ENGLISH would be required. I'm not overly happy about some things we have had to deal with living at these apartments, but they're not the worst we could live in either. Furthermore, the internet is just a place where people can gripe about feeling abused, mis-treated or anything otherwise. So if you're that unsatisfied about how you're being treated, GET A LAWYER already!
