First off, let me start by saying that I have lived here for two years. Now, When we first moved in we were very happy with our apartment and the lake view, but I heard so many complaints from other residents and the pools and spa were nasty. But an amazing happened about seven months ago, IMT hired a new manager (Dave) and sh__canned the old one (Lisa). The best move that could of happened. Dave is super nice and very professional. He has an awful lot of work ahead of him but the changes in seven months have been awesome. Granted he can only spend the money that IMT allows him to, but apparently he's spending it in the right places. So I say don't believe everything you read. I have been in the apartment business and I know, you put someone under eviction, give then a seven day notice or don't immediately run and unstop their toilet when they have two bathrooms they will turn on you like a rabid animal. I really appreciate Dave's work. Happy in bldg. #9

Are you on drugs? He's nasty, rude, sexist, and obviously has no clue what he's doing. I've lived here several years and cant wait to leave the newfounded "ghetto". Keep smoking whatever it is and please share because all of the other reviews are obviously wrong in your opinion. One more thing, I havent been evicted and I believe that 2.5 years to fix a broken air conditioner is more than enough time.
