I like this area and the condo, but a few bad sides and good sides.
I have an estate, top floor corner unit. the best one in the vilage. however, $1800.00 bucks a month is pretty steep. they will be turning condo soon so i wouldnt rent anytime soon if you were planning to.. their sister site, the HERITAGE went condo and are outrageoulsy priced well over 200 k. so if youre planning on moving anytime soon either be prepared to BUY or move again !!! Parking is cramped . Not adequate. Office closes at 6 , so does pool table and "recreation room" gym is small and pool is only 4 foot deep max. also at 5pm and 11 pm the Stinky Sulphur water comes on, t is a horrfic smell. Other than that its a nice place. But def no playground or activities for kids..

Village Walk has not only a playground, but a Kid's club open 24 hours a day adjacent to their fitness center. Also, they love pets and always give my dog treats when she comes into the office. Their pet walks have pet disposal systems too. Thank goodness the condo craze is over. Village Walk remains a lovely apartment community. I'm so glad I live here.
