We down graded because the price for the Estate was going up to $1560. the new two two split was a tad bit small and the price for the garage was more than a storage unit down the road. my neighbors are great and friendly. there were no additional fees and no charge for us wantng to move as quick as we did. the staff at first seemed a bit snooty maybe because i was dressed in sweats, but once i came in dressed up they seemed to give me a little more respect. it also seemed to be too many Chiefs not enough -------. the move in day our paperwork was not ready, im sure to a slight miss understanding. The staff out side the office i.e. maintance and ground keepers always friendly and quick to help or fix any issues. they once had to replace a microwave and did it without complaing or questioning me to see if it was my fault. within 30 minutes they had brought me in a NEW microwave and left without a mess!!! They have great outdoor events for residents and know how to keep you entertained. I do wish they would put a doggie bag unit in the middle of the courtyard because too many people allow their dogs to do their business in our little yard and are too lazy to go outside the area where you are suppose to walk your animals. Kids play in that grass we should keep it clean.

How many months did you live here? Did you find any roches / insect/bug issues in your apt? or hear from others? I am planning to lease here and just wanted to confirm this. Many thanks! for your help..
