I have been a resident for just over a year and I would not change a thing. This place is the best place to be. The staff is amazing, yes they had a few hang up's early on but the current staff (been in place about 4 months) really has it straightened out and running smoothly. If maintenance is needed, they are quick and efficient. With any problems or comments the office and entire staff is there with open arms. If there is ever a problem it is taken care of immediately. The grounds are kept in amazing shape. The pool area is very relaxing. To the people who said this isn't a good pet complex, it isn't a good one if you have large dogs or aggressive breeds. This helps keep down on the noise and disturbance that these dog's cause. There is also a 2 pet limit, as who would want to move in to a unit after you have had 3 or more pets in there. Parking, although it is a little spread out there is adequate parking at every turn. Being in a estate home I have an attached garage and do not have to worry about needing that one spot because I have the garage and then have the spot behind me. So overall I would say this play is awesome, and I would give it my highest reccomendation of any place in Jax....

How many months did you live here? Did you find any roches / insect/bug issues in your apt? or hear from others? I am planning to lease here and just wanted to confirm this. Many thanks! for your help..
