Yeah the place is pretty (if you can overlook the sloppy construction), but there are way too many LOUD college kids. The guys upstairs from me sounds like he is bowling in his living room everynight. The walls (and ceilings evidently) are so thin, I can actually hear the guy peeing in his toilet! That's pretty bad. Speaking of the sloppy contruction: paint and plaster all over the carpet, brand new appliances scratched,towel bars on crooked (not just one, but all of them), paint on tile in shower and splattered on floors. You can overlook some of it, since it's just an apartment, but what you don't know until you move in is how loud it is. You won't get much sleep if kids live above you! We only signed a 7 month lease, thank God, and will be moving on after that. I'd rather live someplace older that is built better, with thicker walls, than have all the fancy amenities!
