Since I've recently renewed my lease here this past month, it's obvious to say that overall, I'm satisfied with living here. Sure, there were problems in the beginning with this being a new property and having to deal with construction issues, etc. Like any well managed property, they overcame the obstacles and took care of any and all issues very promptly and properly.

The amenities are what sold me, since my unit wasn't even finished during my first visit to the property. I will say this though, if you can afford your own garage, get one, because parking is a real problem here, especially when another resident has guests, odds are, you'll be the one searching for a parking spot and having to walk a good distance just to get home.

Quality of construction is poor when it comes to sound barriers and insulation. I'm on the bottom floor and hear EVERYTHING when the people upstairs from me are home. Their guests tend be the loudest and walk with the heaviest of foot, go figure. If this would be too big of an issue for you, get the top floor, problem solved. Make everyone else listen to you bowl in your living room.

There are issues with college students living here that are unruly to say the least. Take my advise and be specific when you're looking on property and tell them that you don't want to live in the noisey "party" buildings that they're having problems in. If they balk or say we have no problems, then, have this review handy and show them. They know better.

In summary, get a garage, make sure you're in one of the more respectable buildings, and pretty soon the rowdy college kids will be weeded out anyway because the property is no longer allowing co-signers. You'll be happy to live in one of the nicer and safer communities in Jacksonville.

Enjoy the amenities and come shoot pool in the evenings, watch a movie in our theater or workout in the 1800 sq ft awesome, nice and clean gym!
