When we moved out they removed all the carpets even though my bedroom was absolutely clean.I only live there 8 months and then my room was closed up. As far as maintenace, no one ever came in to change our ac filter. we finally just removed it because it was totallly blocked,

As far as I know, changing the filter is your responsibility -they're free, just ask the office.
