hey guys i am moving in this month, and i wanted to know if these apartments are kept up nice, and how is the area around them. I dont live in jacksonville and i am taking a leap of faith my signing my lease by mail, because this was a quick and unexpected move. I chose this place because its a little over a year old, so i am told. So if u guys dont mind respond with ur recent pro and cons about the place because i am really nervous......oh and state if the apartments are spacious and nice inside
