Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
One headache after another. Routine problems are handled efficiently. Serious problems are handled with a great deal of delay, excuses abound.
The pool tends to be sporadically green with algae in the summer.
On a positive note though, the space for a rental is great, good neighbors, and a nice ethnic mix.
