Thank goodness our year is up! We can't wait to leave! Shortly after moving into the apartment we had out of town guests stay with us. They used the guest room shower which leaked and the kitchen cieling fell in. What an embarrassing and inconvenient mess. The microwave is from 1979 (literally, there is a sticker on it). All of the other appliances are also very old and the dishwasher is useless. The plumbing is terrible. The toilets don't flush properly and they leak. The thermastat didn't work properly and so the AC bill last summer was outrageous. They put a new thermastat in finally but fortunately we won't be there this summer to see if it's working. The grounds are not landscaped and look very drab and the pool is NEVER clean. Aside from the apartment being shotty I have to say my biggest complaint has to be the hostel takeover by Villages of Baymeadows. I did not sign a lease with them (nor would I ever) but never the less we have been stuck with them for the past couple of months. Instead of making the transition of new managment easier for the current tenants they have done nothing but make it as miserable and inconvenient as possible. All in all I would say that this was the WORST apartment experience I have ever had in the 12 years I have been renting aprtments. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

they have made the transition pleasnt as possible, There was a town hall meeting for the current residents which only had 10 people show to. They did not change the lease until it was time to renew. They also have people to do maintence in this area alone separated from Villages of Baymeadows. The pool is clean everyday I always see the pool man at the pool.
