I have lived here 3 months and this place is a rodent, cockroach, loud infested dump! Last week, my neighbor had her driver s side window smashed at 4:15 am and two police cruisers had to show-up. Maintenance is lackluster at best and forever making a mess. There are trash receptacles outside of everyone s apartment - size of a child s toy box that collects insects and mice.

They allow third party vendors/representatives inside your apartment without asking as this happened to me today. I specifically asked last week that no chemicals be sprayed inside of my apartment for anything and was told today that it was normal for them to enter without notification. It was Orkin pest control that sprayed this joint against my free will. Management lied to me stating, "don t worry - they only spray outside" --------! The inside of my apartment was riddled with insulation, pipes disconnected and other nonsense that this *uckin' place lies about all the time.

Since my arrival three months ago, the head manager has changed, people moving out and all for the same reasons - insects, rodents, and loud noise. Hey, do not get me wrong, if this is up your alley go for it! It is amazing what kind of section 8 trash lives here aside from the trash that pays! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this living hell.

By the way, pets piss and dump everywhere and nobody tends this - yeah - a real great place!

UPDATE: One of the three rat traps - yes rat traps left in my aprtment caught a rat this morning - from nose to tale, this is over 13 inches long! What a libing hell. STAY OUT OF THIS HELL
