I have lived here for 3 years, my kitchen cabnit has been messed up since I moved in & after 2 years, I gave up. I get termites swarming every year, they come and spray...thats it. The bath tube is old and has rust in it, the come and spray it & it stays for a while, but the rust always comes back. My seat broke on the potty, and it took them 2 months to fix it. The ceilings leak from the apartment up stairs..nothing has ever been done. I stayed because I was saving up to buy a place & it looks better not to keep moving. But it takes forever to get anything fixed...if it does get fixed at all & I hope these new revenations take care of some of this, because I cannot wait for my house to be finished so that I can MOVE!!!
