I live here for 7 months and was lied to right from the beginning saying that my walls were sound proof, you can here every little thing, peoples apartments flooded and became nat infested, to where management couldn't even go in. maintence sucks and they don't care about you in the slightest, these renovations probably won't do anything but raise the rent 300 dollars, oh and my apartment was almost broken into in broad daylight, my screen came off that easy and there were no locks on the kitchen windows
