the only thing good about baymeadows/ villages of baymeadows apartments, are the apartments themselves, they are large, and fairly priced for the area.
However, if you ever want anything done, fixed, working, your definitely in the wrong area. I have called maintenance numberous times and after living here for 9 months, they still havent fixed the things from when i moved in. But the computer will show that someone came by to fix it.... And they can never garantee when they are going to come to your home, so if you have a job that its hard to schedule around, your definitely going to have a tough time.
They also served me with an eviction notice when they messed up where my check was and credited someone elses account.
I have found a copperhead snake in my home along with plenty of palmetto bugs.
I am only stopping here because i choose to keep this short. But this place is definitely not top on my list!!
