I have been a resident here at the Villages of Baymeadows going on 3 years. I was here right before the construction, during, and now on the home stretch. Everything has transitioned in this "renovation" Office staff, maintenance, buildings, security and the landscaping has all improved and still not finalized. Things have taken a complete 180* turn. Life can happen anywhere at anytime and the true test is how efficiently solutions are handled. So far so good and I am very happy to live and watch my family and my home grow.

Which Baymeadows Apartments are you living in? I'm sure you're not in the same ones I live in, with the cockroaches, horrible plumbing problems, electrical fires, thefts and breakins, and dangerous problems on the grounds. Or are you the manager trying to boost the numbers? Yeah, that's who you are. I can't believe anyone would say anything positive about this place without an ulterior motive.

I have been living here for a year now. I absolutely love my newly remodeled 2/2. I have a beautiful view, have had prompt maintenance when needed, and have NEVER seen a roach in my unit. Try cleaning once in a while, and don't leave food laying out.

just cause a outlet goes bad does not mean an electrical fire, stop flushing paper towels and baby wipes and you wont have plumbing problems, you will get break in's no matter where you live, Get ADT

So it was your apartment where the movie Joe's apartment was filmed LetMeEscape! lol jk Are you still living at Village of Baymeadows since the renovation? Do you think the complex may have some potential... ever? Is it a safe place for a out of town gal or will I get robbed in my own parking lot? I'm moving from San Antonio in Nov and its difficult to apartment search when you are out of state. I liked what I have seen from the photos on the web site and how nice everything appears. Hey dont move in to villages of baymeadows. I lived there for a year. Worst in maintanence. You can find cockroaches coming all over the kitchen even if it is clean. People who have kids definitely do not drop any food, as they know how to protect their kids.

I live here now, have a dog who leaves his food all over the floor, I have left food out, and I have never had cockroaches. I have spoken to neighbors who have roaches and rats (and I hear others have ants and such) but I really think it depends where you end up. Like I said, I lived here 5 years ago as well when the situation was worse and I agree with you that things have turned around.

I have lived here since 2007 and I love my apartment. There is an Ant problem, but I was able to take care of that so far. You can kill anything you don't want. I do not have cockroaches but I will be able to fight them also.
