My husband and I are very pleased with the apartment. The appliances are nice, the building is quiet and we never have a problem with parking. We haven't been to the pool yet, but it looks nice.

Maintenance responds quickly - we asked for a few minor things to be taken care of when we moved in and they were here the next day.

When we rented, we had a few requests that were very specific and they were able to find something for us (private balony that doesn't face our neighbors, etc). We are very happy with the apartment they picked out for us.

I read the previous posts about shady characters being around - I have never seen anyone like that here. If I did, I would call the police if they looked suspicious because you don't want someone like that hanging around. My neighbors seem like nice people - we've only seen them a few times, and each time they have been pleasant.

Didn't mean for the post to be so long - I got a bit carred away! My friend was looking for an apartment and told me about the bad ratings about my complex on this website and I wanted to put in my two cents. I like it here, and don't have any complants! I would recommend moving here if you just want a clean, quiet place to come home to everyday.

Are you still happy with your apartment selection? I'm hoping Village of Baymeadows has potential. I'm moving from San Antonio in Nov and its difficult to apartment search when you are out of state. I liked what I have seen from the photos on the web site and how nice everything appears. Would you still recommend this complex? Thanks for the info! <3

No do not move here worst appartments period to many other places out there. And yes there are many shaddy people in here the first week i lived in these appartments my windshield wipers were stolen yes wind shield wipers. so you can guess what goes on in here.

Have you seen any user reviews for the reviews which do not recommend others to move in? That is because all that negative reviews are true. And please read the user review for the positive reviews. You would know what is happening in Villages of Baymeadows.

I agree with you. I gave them the list of things I wanted (ultimate privacy) and I got just that! My apartment is on the lagoon and I mean it is literally on the lagoon (surrounded on three sides). When the leasing agent first brought me to the apartment, I expected to find stress fractures in the walls, paint, etc and didn't. My neighbors do not seem shady at all. My favorite neighbor has a big screen tv opposite his patio door which faces my dining room window and because of the reflection, I get to watch stuff on big screen when his blinds are open which is a bonus. All of our maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner as well. They take longer responding to the list of concerns on the "monthly maintenance requests" card, so I just submit my requests individually online or I stop by Res. Rel. to let them know what's up. Glad to see someone else enjoying the place. I've never seen the shady characters about (gasp! maybe I'm the shady character?) but I live in Casa Luna which seems to be the quietest and safest of the little areas. Anyway, I got carried away too (as usual!). Hope to meet you soon at one of the (free food) events!
