This place is awful. I'm so glad we moved out earlier in the year, and I feel sorry for the office staff who are writing these fake positive reviews. Maybe they feel like they have to lie to get people to live here. I don't know. What I do know is if I could give negative numbers in this review I would do it. The apartment owners don't care about the tenants and so I don't care about them. I wish I would've known about this website before I signed my lease. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I have a positive review and I do not work in the office. I'm a college professor. The only thing that seems to have been a problem for you is the office staff. You do not mention what other aspects of this experience were negative for you. I can imagine by the happy, sunshiny review that you are simply a delightful person and there couldn't possibly have just been a personality conflict with you and the members of the rental staff. Right now, you're probably feeling a bit of a personality conflict with me! What is it that you didn't like specifically? You probably were just not at the right place for you, in which case, I sincerely hope that you find the place where you belong. Personally, I believe that this is where I belong and there's really nothing wrong with the place.

I have been to these apartments....Can you say gross...I can't say how the staff is but my friend lives there and she has the same problem the ants and roaches. Thats Just GROSS. Her place is spotless so I would say maybe its the tenants but her place is very clean...Besides the roaches and ants that are her roommates...DON'T rent them..I was thinking about till I saw her place. RUN RUN RUN....and all the people that write good reviews HAVE to work there or they just like living in roach and ant infested places... :)

godnchicn, College Professor??????????????????????????????????????? Remind me never to go to college where you teach. If they have to explain what you should see with your own eyes then you got problems. Your comments continue to show you work for VOB or Aimco, but nice try!

Wait! You people are missing it! I believe that Godnchicn isn't in any affiliated with the office staff or management. I also believe that this person is one of the cockroaches who scamper about carefree in the walls. That's why the Villages of Bayghettos is the place to be...it's safe there...
