They will kiss your feet to get you to sign...but BEWARE! Once you're in, you're just a pest. The facade is nice, but the fact is: the units are NOT taken care of! The plumbing "hasn't seen regular maintenance in years." (That's what Roto-Rooter said!) I've lived here for 6 months, and not one week has gone by without making a visit to the resident relations office. You have to just show up...they never answer the phone. Don't bother leaving a message; they'll tell you that they never got it! The staff is just plain rude...they have no customer service skills...strike that, no PEOPLE SKILLS! Bottom line, the place is a dump! Don't let them sucker you in; you will spend the rest of your lease trying to get OUT!

This apartment is VERY poorly maintained. Last week i walked outside of my apartment to the car and noticed a hole in the ground. When i looked to see what it was, it turned out to be the SEWER that was WIDE OPEN...toilet paper and all in the middle of the parking lot. There are tons of families with young kids living there and so many things could have hapened. I went and called maintenance and SURE ENOUGH nobody responded. It's funny because EVERY time i have called and tried EVERY extension the only one that picks up is the leasing office. As soon as they get you in, they dont care AT ALL. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! My lease just ran out and im so happy to be free
