I have had so many problems with these apartment. I first lived in on unit where we actually had boiling toilet. They built garages that took up all the parking spaces so there isn't adequate parking for the residents. We flood in 1 unit about 5 times. Moved to a new unit and flooded about 10 times. Had to get the city involved. Just has been 1 headache after another. Staff has very bad attitude and no compassion for tenants in those types of situations.

and you never cleaned the apartment that had the boiling toiet, made maintence afraid to attept to repair the issue with a disgusting bathroom

Okay, first the idiot staff of Bayghettos got caught posting too many positive reviews of their own complex, and then they continue posting comments on their tenants' negative reviews. Regardless of how clean an apartment is, a 'boiling toilet' (whatever that is) should NEVER HAPPEN. Flooding should NEVER HAPPEN. This stuff happens in this dump all too often. Can't the idiot staff see that what they are doing and the conditions that they are forcing upon unsuspecting tenants is just plain wrong? The main problem with this place is that it is still open. There is something wrong here. Someone needs to get the Department of Health or something out here. Too bad that this website has been rendered almost meaningless with the constant lying by the staff. Case in point with the first comment written here dated 01/15/2008...how would anyone other than a member of the staff know about a particular apartment's cleanliness level? Open message to anyone reading this who is actually thinking about living here...THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL WRITTEN BY THE OFFICE STAFF! ANY CONFICTING STATEMENTS IN THE COMMENT BOXES ARE ALL WRITTEN BY THE OFFICE STAFF! This is just ridiculous.

Dont read the positive reviews. I dont think those reviews are true. Read only the negative reviews so that you can escape from this cockroach pit. I lived there for a year. And thank god my lease ended. The positive reviews are just to bring in the tenants. Once you go in you dont have any way to come out till your lease ends. Dont go for this apartment. I just will not recommend anybody to move in to this apartment.

You are very incorrect. The toilet issue was repaired before I moved out of the unit so if mess was left in the toilet I don't know how it got there. Maybe another issue arose with it once we were out of the unit. Secondly if that was the case why did VOB return all of my deposit to me and never made any mention of it when we moved to another unit. I guess since VOB is taking a whipping by so many former tenents simply stating there issues that you feel like you have to lie to even the score.
