Good job! I hope your lawsuit gets good results. I'm already gone. Hopefully that death pit of an old racquetball court has already been torn down. I remember it was built halfway underground (always smart in Florida), with about 5 feet of water in the bottom. Any kid climbing in through the broken iron fence would have a nice twenty foot fall to the bottom where they would drown. If they didn't drown, they would be stuck in a pit. And maybe they already got rid of those old, unused landscaping sheds in back. They were definitely a liability, what with the broken glass and metal shards all over the place. And I can't help but think that the old, broken playset was removed. You know, the one with the rusty nails sticking out of it. It was still in the middle of the play area when I was there and had kids playing on it last time I checked. Maybe Baymeadows stocked up on tetanus vaccines or something. I wnder if they ever got rid of the swarms of cockroaches. Or if they ever got those endless plumbing problems fixed. Or maybe even stopped those electrical fires. It's very odd that a big company like this wouldn't think of updating the plumbing and wiring when they added the new fixtures. And have the rates gone down? They were still in the process of jacking up the rent over $400 a unit while I was there. I guess the candy coating cost a lot of money. I can't see how they would fill this dump up with the confiscatory rents they were charging.
