When we came to see the apartment they made us to walk in the red carpet. But once you move in they treat you like a roach in the sink. Front office staff is really rude when we did not extend our lease. We wanted to move out when our lease ends.
We gave in writing before 60days as they mentioned in the lease terms. They did not gave any document confirming the writing which we gave, instead they send more and more document mentioning "Renew your lease term before it ends or it can add up ur
rent". We got more than five letters like that. Finally we went to the rental office and confirmed them that we dont want to extend the lease term and want to move out when our lease ends. They dont update any changes that occur.

Then the next part is maintenance. When ever you call they will not pickup ur call or reply to ur messages. It happened to us a lot of time. If you need any maintenance, you need to go directly to the rental office for giving complaints. You can find dogs wastes whereever you go inside the apartment complex. They just dont care about that. They dont clean the stairs regularly.

When i move in, the dishwasher did not drain the water completely. Every time i need to sponge it. So i went to the office and told the maintenance team. They came to my apartment after 5 days so i sponged it because it was smelling very bad if i leave it for 2 days. When they came i told them it is smelling if i leave it. They just didnt do anything and they poured some gel and switched on the dishwasher and went. Again it smelled after 2 days. Nearly every month i called them and they
pour the same gel. Finally i just left the dishwasher as it was and called them. When they came, even they could not make it up as it smells like sewage. We could not eat in our house so we went out for lunch and dinner. I stayed there for 12
months and i never used the dishwasher once. One more thing you can see cockroaches coming from the dishwasher.(not only for the D/W anywhere from kitchen).

Finally we could make it up till our lease ends. We cleaned the whole house and vaccumed it and finally gave the keys to them. Please remember one thing before you give the keys take an apointment with the maintenance team or just take photograph of the whole house and carpet. We didnt not do that as when we moved from North Carolina the staff came to our apartment to see whether everything looks in good condition. We thought they would do the same as above. But instead they said its not needed. Two weeks later we got a bill claiming that our carpet was damaged and we need to pay them nearly $1000 for that. We were shocked. We fought back but they made my husband to walk through their office for nearly a week. Finally
we won they cancelled that. We dont have kids and pets. There is no way we damaged the carpet. We were told that they gave us a brand new apartment and brand new carpet when we moved in and they want the carpet to be brand new when our lease ends. Could it be possible after using the carpet for a year and give back them a brand new carpet when we move out'. Watch out!!!

I want to tell you all how they maintain the general laundry. Its not safe to go alone to a general laundry. They were untidy with all the trash thrown inside the room. Once i saw somebody spit inside the room on the walk way of the room.During summer all the dryers were filled with beach sand. Finally i will not recommend any other person to move in to this apartment in future. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I am still a resident here and I believe everything you are saying... I hope everyone else does when they read these reviews..they are true!!
