This is the worst managed apartment I have ever lived in. I just now finally moved out after living there for two horrible years. When we first moved in we were lied to about the ammenities of the apartment being told they had raquetball courts only to find out they were flooded permantly. We were told to contact the front office for problems with noise and maintenance. We had contacted them several times only to be ignored. There was several apartments with multiple amounts of people living in what was supposed to be one bedroom apartments. They was a security staff that was hired to patrol the massive 85 acre complex which temporarily cut down on some of the crime. Then they started to only be around a few days a week. Bottom line I would not let my wife walk alone through this complex. I was never late on my rent for two years and upon being transfered to another work assignment I was told I did not give sixty days notice and they wanted more money. I promptly gave written notice of our intent to not renew and have been out for two weeks now only to get a letter saying we owe them $200 on top of my $200 deposit for carpet replacement and late fees. We left the apartment in excellent condition and were paid in full when we left. I have never encounter such unfair practices. I would rather pay a lawyer than let this place take more unearned money from me.

I agree with everything the above person said. I lived there for a year and we were also very prompt in paying our rent every month on 1st date. We gave in writing for ending our lease before 60 days as said in the lease agreement, but we got more than 5 letters mentioning us to renew our lease or it will add up our rent after we gave in writing. Finally we again went to rental office and confirmed them that we are not renewing it and we want to end it. Get a copy of any document in writing. And one more thing is they have asked us to pay $900 for replacing the carpet. We do not have kids or pets to spoil the carpet and we gave the apartment very clean and tidy. Its all true that they just want money from the tenants who move out. Be careful do not rent this apartment. "BEWARE OF VOB"
