We first lived in a 1BR overlooking a bar. Every night they had loud music which forced us to move to a different apartment. The site was very accomodating in that respect. The only problem is that we got moved next door to a very very loud person that we could hear everything going on in his apartment. He was a contractor and workd odd shifts so very often we were kept up late listening to his very loud bass. Oh, I forget, there were also 3 drug dealer (pot) in the surrouding buildings. Laudnry center was old and crowded, we actually had a problem with bats in our wall too. It was found that they were getting in through the outside facia and filling our wall with guano (waste). One even got into the apartment one night and caused a bit of a stirr. Because the bats were protected we couldn't get anything done with them. So if you don't ming loud music, cigarrette or pot smell in your apartment this is a great place to live.
