I lived here for 7 mos and I must say moving out of this place was the best thing that happened to me. Since living there I have had nothing but problems. The management team is UNPROFESSIONAL and makes empty promises. The leasing agents will tell you anything to get you to lease. Trash everywhere, ROACHES, constant sewer back ups and the pools are disgusting. Not to mention the crime issues. Cars are constantly vandalized, noise, loitering. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. AIMCO will try to defend this place but they need to wake up and spend sometime living in this community. It is an experience from hell, there are too many other communities around for an affordable price that will treat their customers with professionalism and live up to the promises. I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE MOVED FROM THIS DUMP.
