I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this is by far the worst place I have ever come across. Everything was fine at first then when I called to get my physical address to have the electric turned on I didn't have an apartment number. The people that were in the unit that I was supposed to be moving into decided not to move out and no one knew what was going on. They said that they would call me back and it took me calling them everyday for almost a week to get an answer about what was going on. The day I moved in we went to the office and wasn't treated all that nice. The lady, Jennifer, seemed to have an attitude about everything. When she took us to the apartment we were supposed to do a walk through with her and she just did it herself for the most part. We found several things wrong with the apartment and a work order was supposed to be put in. I have lived here for over 3 months now and still nothing has been fixed and have asked about it several other times. Also I was promised a $200 gas card and they gave me the run around on that for three months and I had to go to the office and resident relations about 15 times to try and get it. The norise here is also awful. I just had upstairs neighbors move in and I can here them open and shut their door and go up and down the staris. They also have a larger dog that I can tell you where it is in their apartment almost anytime of the day. DON'T MOVE IN HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING!!!!
