Villages of Beameadows may give you attractive prices at start but everytime you renew the lease, you will be in for a surprise.
Not only will they increase the rent but they will come up with new rules that will definitely not favour you.
For example...
My husband is working in a reputated firm and they offer discounts for employees such firms. They gave us the discount at first and then removed it saying its new company policy.
Usually people sign one year lease here.. but we always sign 6 months lease due to the job insecurities.. We pay extra money because our lease is for shorter months...
According to their new company policy there are no more 6 months leases, only 9 months leases... So we have to pay our usual extra money even though they increased the months from 6 to 9.
We dont just have to pay all this extra money each month... we have to pay $1680 if my husband looses his job and we can't afford this place anymore.
Who says its recession period in the US... Certainly at villages of baymeadows, you wont feel it...
Even during these hard times... every year they will think of new scheme to make more money off you...
