I have lived in the apartments for a year now and the last year included: loud noise and parties directly below my unit, a buglary of mine and three of my neighbors, a toilet that leaked into my kitchen, a rent increase for no apparent reason, horrible customer service, and an overall lack of concern for their tenants. The apartements refused to help us with the buglary or secure our building thereafter, becasue they were much to concerned with making memos about dog poop and parking too close to the sidewalks. The gym is horrible, they sell you on tvs on the machines but none of them work, the machines are old and most are out of order. They hiked up our rent due to a market increase even though the market decreased and the price listed on the website is much less that what we were already paying. The apartment is crap, it is a one bedroom and one and a half bath and they charge 1250.00 per month!! I would seriously go somewhere else, they don't provide security, class, or anything else to charge that much!
