this apartment sucks!! the a/c has leaked water into my kitchen flooding it at least four times. We live with roaches, bugs, and rats BIG NY RATS!!! my husband caught 4 rats in the rat traps.. my bathroom shower has been painted twice and the paint is still falling off, and the the grout and tiles are falling off. My blinds are never working properly. Inside my pantry there was mold growing out of the carpet and wall. The carpet is as stiff as a rock! The door frame in one of our bedrooms is falling off. The kitchen had holes behind my stove, washer and dryer and refrigerator where the rats would come out of, when we called maintaince they just sprayed a liquid foam to cover the holes. We had a painter come in to paint our master bathroom, and when we realized our jewelry was stolen. Two other neighbors also had their motorcycles stolen. Where is the security when you need one! Management is horrible and two-faced. Never seem what they really are.

can anyone have the power to go to the housing department and report Villages of Baymeadows. I would participate for any court days that the attorney will schedule for us. The only problem I have, I can't contribute with attorney fees or whatever is money related. But if someone knows a lawyer I think we have a case here.
