Yes, I agree with everyone as well Vob is horrible. Let me tell you it was so bad me and my roomate paid to break our lease. Come on now if Vob is so nice why would someone go through that to leave. Maintenance is a joke. We where staying in a 3bdrm 2 bath twn house and one of the bthrm toilets did not work properly and we where told you have 2 other bathrooms to use, we'll fix it when we can. That never happend. We moved out and it was still broke. I bet the people who moved in are still having the same issue. VOB is crap.. Dont do it!! And Parking sucked by my building really bad!!Oh yea forgot to say our roof leaked as well. Took them along time to fix that. How would you like sleeping with rain drops waking you up lol.. IT ruined my mattress, you think they did anything about that''' BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

The above post is true. VoB is so corrupt, they are now writing into their leases that anyone breaking a lease must pay 4 (I think it four) months rent! Its difficult to understand why people have to pay so much to obtain safety by moving.
